Introductory Offer

To build trust and demonstrate value, we offer a 50% reduced rate for the first 30 days of any new engagement. This allows our clients to experience the quality, speed, and clarity we bring to clinical trial operations without a long term commitment upfront.

Engagement Durations

Choose the timeframe that works best for your study milestones and internal planning cycles:

  • Short-Term Contracts: 3 or 6 months
  • Mid to Long-Term Support: 9 or 12 months
Service Intensity Options

Involvement is offered on a full-time or part-time basis depending on trial needs and duration. This allows you to flex support up or down as your study evolves. Leadership roles or limited scope oversight can be tailored to fit.

Billing Structure

Engagements are structured as flat monthly fees based on service scope and time commitment, ensuring no surprise costs. Add-on services such as Audit Preparation, Site Trainings or TMF Reconciliation can be included upon request.
